According to koodakpress، Baby boys wear blue and baby girls wear pink. That’s just the way it is, right? Not according to Canadian pop legend Celine Dion, who is hoping to flip the status quo right on its gender-restrictive head by launching Celinununu, a gender-neutral clothing line for babies. Dion announced the new clothing line earlier this week by releasing a hilariously over-the-top commercial. In the ad, Dion enters a maternity ward filled with babies wrapped in the traditional blue and pink blankets

“We miss the past. They dream of tomorrow,” Dion states in voice-over during the ad. “We may thrust them forward into the future, but the course will always be theirs to choose.”

So how does Dion thrust these babies into the future? By blowing magic confetti on them, of course. This has the magical effect of putting all the babies in Celinununu clothing, which instead opts mostly for grey and black instead of pink or blue. But just then, a group of securities find her and end up tackling her, presumably because she wandered into a maternity ward despite not actually knowing any of the babies.

While the commercial is intentionally absurd, the clothing line is very real. Dion has teamed up with Nununu, the clothing brand that focuses on unisex designs for kids, to launch the Celinununu collection, which features more than 70 gender-neutral styles for kids up to age 14.
